I am writing to report that my experience at New Park Cleaners has been exceptional thus far. The level of customer service demonstrated by staff has been of a superior quality which is certainly diffult to come by these days, therefore, it’s been quite refreshing to be consistently treated with such a high level of professionalism and friendliness. The cleaning performed on my personal items has been executed meticulously-this combined with the warm reception by New Park Cleaners personnel encourages me to continue to entrust my valuables into their expert care. I particularly appreciate Indy’s clear communication of the time frames that will be required in which to perform the cleaning tasks.

I parked my car, checked for my ticket while still inside my car, walked into the store, and my clothes were there already waiting for me!

I have taken my cleaning on a regular bases to Indy and have always been very satisfied with the results. On one occasion, I took him my Tilley hat that was so badly stained with sun block that even Tillerys said they could not clean it. However, Indy took the challenge and did an amazing job of eliminating the stain and I now am able to wear my Tilley proudly
